Sadly taken from Dave and extended family far too soon.....a beautiful, caring lady who believed in me, did wonders for my confidence, encouraged and supported me to get my first real job......Hexham General Hospital....took me in and out each day in her car (I lived next door to Sam and Dave)...I heard today at her memorial service that in the many years that have passed since my days at Hexham Hospital Sam has given so much to many more individuals. Sam will never be forgotten...my love to all but particularly to Dave xxx
